To manage, improve and evaluate an integrated and quality seamless service delivery system for all publicly funded early care and education programs serving children from birth to five years of age, or until the child enters kindergarten.

Our Vision

A comprehensive, integrated system of early education and care, including but not limited to voluntary pre-kindergarten, that prepares children for success in school and responds to the needs of the children and families of palm beach county. All early education and care services will be accessible, affordable, of the highest quality and will support parents in their role as the primary influence in their child’s learning and development.
