May 2020: Mental Health Awareness Month
& Teacher/Provider Appreciation Day & Week!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. To decrease the Stigma, and increase Knowledge, The Early Learning Coalition is promoting this campaign. Mental health is essential to everyone’s overall health and wellbeing, and mental illnesses are common and treatable. We encourage parents to visit the CDC & The National Institute of Mental Health website for more information about this topic. We can also share with you the links below and information flyers.

Provider Appreciation Day & Week
Head on over to our social media channels, find your submitted photograph, video, or quote of thanks... and SHARE on your page!
Thank you to all of our parents for sharing (and helping your children to share) their thanks this week! We were amazed by the number of responses we received, it is so apparent how much our local teachers and child care providers are appreciated and loved. We thank you for helping us to show them that love every day, and especially during Provider Appreciation Week.
