Participants will actively engage in outdoor-inspired activities—running back and forth to collect objects\, problem-solving with teammates\, exploring materials\, and demonstrating hands-on learning experiences. By practicing these activities firsthand\, participants will better understand how to bring intentional\, meaningful outdoor learning into their own classrooms. Outdoor play isn’t just recess—it’s a powerful extension of the classroom. In this training\, providers and teachers will explore how to turn outdoor time into intentional\, standards-based learning opportunities. Discover how nature and movement can support literacy\, math\, science\, and social-emotional development\, while encouraging creativity\, collaboration\, and joyful learning.
