DESCRIPTION:This training provides an overview of the transition from Pre-K CLASS® 1st Edition to Pre-K CLASS® 2nd Edition through a practical crosswalk approach grounded in continuous quality improvement and developmentally appropriate practice. Participants will explore key updates\, including clearer behavioral markers\, expanded equity-focused examples\, child-centered instructional practices\, and strengthened educator responsiveness. The session emphasizes how effective teacher-child interactions support inclusive learning environments\, reflective teaching practices\, positive classroom culture\, and meaningful learning experiences for all children while preparing educators for successful implementation of CLASS® 2nd Edition during the 2026-2027 program year.
