The Office of Early Learning (OEL) has launched a new, custom-designed Quality Performance System (QPS) as of July 1, 2019 to replace the SRPA system.
All Program Assessment Registrations, CLASS Composite Score, Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), and Child Assessment Reliability Certificate Verification and Tracking will take place there from now on.
School Readiness Providers must activate their account in order to have access to system functions.
Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to activate your account.
Step 1. Navigate to the new website for the Quality Performance System (QPS):
(Google Chrome & Firefox work best. Edge & Microsoft Explorer also work.)
Click on "Activate Account" (as shown in the Screenshot below)
Step 2. Enter your EFS/Provider Portal ID and DCF ID. Then click "Lookup Account." The system will locate your provider account.

Step 3. Enter the following details. Then click on "Activate Account."
Create a Username and Password, as well as supply an E-Mail Address
Username must include at least 8 characters
Password must include at least 8 characters
Confirm Password
Enter E-Mail Address
Step 4. You will then be directed to the "Provider Home" screen. From this page, you may browse several tabs along the purple menu on the top of the page:

Step 5. Review your Staff and Classroom tabs to ensure that all your teachers previously entered into the SRPA system are listed.
ONLY FOR PROVIDERS WHO SELECTED TO IMPLEMENT CHILD ASSESSMENTS:
Step 6. Select the Staff tab and upload Reliability Certificates for each instructor and director at your site.
The approved vendors are Teaching Strategies GOLD, Child Observation Record (COR) and Galileo-ATI.
Providers indicate in the EFS Mod Provider Portal that they are going to implement child assessments.
"If applicable, the eligible PROVIDER, agrees to conduct child assessments using a reliable assessor as defined by the child assessment tool, that meet the criteria described in s. 1002.82(k), F.S., at least three times per year and will submit valid and reliable data to the statewide information system."
