Conflicts are a natural part of children’s social and emotional development. This interactive training will provide early childhood educators with practical strategies to support children social-emotional growth and strengthen meaningful classroom interactions. In this CLASS-aligned training, educators will explore strategies to guide children through conflicts using responsive, intentional, and supportive interactions. participants will learn how to promote positive climate, support children’s emotions, encourage language development, and scaffold problem-solving skills during everyday classroom experiences.
