Our team reviews your application and confirms eligibility.

Select a participating child care provider that meets your family’s needs.

Continued Child Care Assistance through School Readiness Plus

School Readiness Plus (SR Plus) helps eligible families in the School Readiness program continue to afford child care as their careers grow.

You may qualify for School Readiness Plus if you:

  • Currently receive School Readiness assistance and are at risk of a loss of funding due to being over income.
  • Continue to work or participate in an approved educational program such college, vocational school or job training.
  • Have a gross family income above 85% and at or below 100% of state median income.

School Readiness Eligibility Criteria

  • Working and/or participating in an educational activity such as college/trade school at least 20 hours per week; or 
  • Temporarily or permanently disabled as documented by a physician and/or a Social Security Award letter, AND
  • Gross household income at or below 55% of the State Median Income Level (SMI):
  1. Family of 1 person = $29,476 or less
  2. Family of 2 people = $38,546 or less
  3. Family of 3 people = $47,615 or less
  4. Family of 4 people = $56,685 or less
  5. Family of 5 people = $65,754 or less
