Inside the ESD Scorecard Understanding What DEL Measures—and Why

This professional development experience is designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of Rule 6M-4.720 and provide insight into how the Division of Early Learning (DEL) measures the Coalition’s performance through the Educational Service Delivery (ESD) Scorecard. Participants will explore how DEL’s expectations shape ELC’s developmental screening processes and procedures, and how collaboration between providers and the Coalition supports compliance. The session will also highlight how each partner’s role contributes to timely developmental screenings and positive outcomes for children and families.
