The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County received an Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) grant to serve 150 children from birth to three years of age in the most needed areas of the county in 2013. Most recently, the Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) received an expansion grant to serve an additional 120 children.


Early Head Start provides comprehensive child development and family support services to low-income infants and toddlers and their families. The grants serve children and their families in Belle Glade, Pahokee, Riviera Beach, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, and Delray Beach. The Coalition partners with local providers in these communities to deliver the comprehensive services of Early Head Start with Coalition staff support.


The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership program is currently accepting applications from child care centers and family child care homes for the Early Head Start Expansion grant. The Expansion will allow new child care centers and family child care homes to provide comprehensive Early Head Start services for infants and toddlers from low-income families. The Coalition is seeking providers in Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, and Lake Worth.


If you are interested in serving as an Early Head Start partner provider with the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, please complete the application below. The application can only be submitted once, please answer all questions and review before submitting. Submitted applications will be reviewed, and scored, after which provider applicants will be contacted via email. Submittal of an application does not guarantee that an applicant will be awarded a contract.
