The Early Learning Coalition is hosting its 6th Annual Early Childhood Conference: EMPOWER on Saturday, May 4 at Keiser University Flagship Campus in West Palm Beach, FL.


This full-day event will provide early childhood educators and parents an opportunity to grow in the areas of Family Engagement, Developmentally Appropriate Practices, Inclusion and Early Intervention, Cultural Responsiveness, Trauma-Informed Care, Self-Care and Wellness, and Technology in the Classroom, plus many more exciting topics!

Meet Our Keynote Speaker

Rachel Giannini is a childhood specialist, an early childhood advocate, and a video blog host. She currently splits her time as a public speaker, early childhood commentator, curriculum designer, and the star of Spy School on Hellosaurus.


Rachel’s writing, expertise, and videos have appeared in Vox, The New York Times, Too Small To Fail, HuffPost, Child Care Exchange, and Chicago Parent. In addition, Rachel has an MFA in Museum Education from the University of Illinois and is a volunteer hospital magician for Open Heart Magic.

Exhibitor and Sponsorship Applications Now Open


The Coalition is currently accepting exhibitor and sponsorship applications for our annual conference. The Empower ’24 Conference will consist of workshops, interactive lectures, exhibitors, and keynote addresses along with a lunch for our attendees. The attendees of the conference will consist of local early childhood educators, owners, directors, and parents.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization to the mix of directors, owners, owner/operators, early child care teachers, and parents throughout Palm Beach County.

This also an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization and show your continued support of the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County.


Donation Items for Raffle:
With your participation in the event we are requesting one donation item per sponsor/exhibitor that will be used for either raffle items, or provider/teacher achievement awards.
