Director of Family Engagement
The Director of Family Engagement is responsible for working with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement a successful family and community engagement strategy, establish and strengthen existing relationships/partnerships in support of the agency's mission and goal. The Director is also responsible for overseeing the implementation of developmental screening services including inclusion support for School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten and locally funded programs. This position serves as a customer service role model to ensure a positive relationship in interactions with all employees and customers.

Family Services Specialist
The Family Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate information about families in the Statewide Data System, Enhanced Field System (EFS), screening applicants for financial assistance, and performing eligibility determination and enrollment for School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, CSC Scholarship, Head Start and Early Head Start childcare programs.

Family Services Assistant (Bilingual Spanish Required)
The Family Services Assistant is responsible for working directly with customers and staff, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance. This key team member ensures that every customer that walks through the door is acknowledged and directed with care and efficiency. This position will also perform a range of support activities to assist with the daily operations of the organization, such as filing and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or routine word processing work as assigned, and providing client assistance in enrolling in services via a computerized family portal. Bilingual and able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish proficiently is required.

Early Intervention Specialist (Bilingual Spanish Required)
This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the implementation of developmental screening services for School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten and locally funded programs. This position requires an individual who can work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills. Will demonstrate excellent attention to detail maintain accuracy in their work and can handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner. Bilingual and able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish proficiently is required.
