Salary Supplement Program





The CSC STAR Award Program provides financial incentives to early childhood educators who work with children ages birth through five in eligible* Palm Beach County programs to recognize their dedication and longevity in the early learning field.

The CSC STAR Award application can be found in the new Early Childhood Registry.


*Eligible programs include those with an ELC School Readiness contract, Early Head Start/ Head Start, or those with a Title I designation.

The New Early Childhood Registry

Signing up for the new Early Childhood Registry allows site administrators and staff to verify employment and update contact information that programs like the CSC STAR Award use to determine eligibility. If you had a previous account in the PBC Registry, your verified education history will be imported into the new Registry.

Complete Your Early Childhood Career Journey

To complete your Career Journey, start by clicking Professional Portal. Then, select View My Early Childhood Career Journey to get started.

 If you had a previous account in the PBC Registry, your verified education history will be imported into the new Registry.

Organizational Administrators

  • ELC Staff will give Organizational Administrator access to Site Directors or Owners as listed in the Provider Portal.
  • Organizational Administrators have the ability to invite staff to register with the new Early Childhood Registry. 
  • Organizational Administrators are responsible to maintain their staff roster and verify employment within the new Early Childhood Registry System.
